Kamala Harris surprisingly had a speechwriter and that speechwriter has left the post.
Meghan Groob has left her position as Vice President Kamala Harris’s speechwriter less that four months into the job, The Daily Wire reports.
Groob served while Harris repeatedly went out and gave the public what critics called “word salads.” Groob previously worked as the speechwriter for Bill Gates.
Harris has also suffered another staff departure The Washington Post reports. Rohini Kosoglu, who is one of Harris’s longest serving aides is departing as well.
Kosoglu said she wants to spend more time with her family and denied reports it was because everyone else was leaving the Harris team.
Before working for the Vice President, Kosuglu was her chief of staff in the senate.
Since the summer of 2021 Harris has lost 13 staffers and a Politico report shed light on the flight of black staffer from the Biden administration.
Despite being “progressive” black staffers were fleeing the White House citing a lack of support and weak promotion opportunities.
The term coined by the staffers running from the White House is “Blaxit.”
The Biden and Harris show continues to be the number one rated comedy show in Washington D.C.
