Tucker Carlson delivered a direct critique of Christians who are backing Israel’s airstrikes in Gaza, suggesting that they have veered off course.
Tucker Carlson recently interviewed Palestinian Christian Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac on the Tucker Carlson Network.
During their conversation, the former Fox News host expressed his disappointment with Christian leaders in the United States for not speaking out more forcefully against the devastation occurring in Gaza. Isaac serves as a pastor in the historic town of Bethlehem.
“If you wake up in the morning and decide that your Christian faith requires you to support a foreign government blowing up churches and killing Christians, I think you’ve lost the thread,” Carlson said.
Carlson previously reported on an Israeli strike in October that resulted in the destruction of a Greek Orthodox church compound and the tragic loss of at least 17 lives.
Amidst mounting concerns, the urgency for a ceasefire has grown in the wake of a tragic incident where seven aid workers lost their lives in a strike while entering Gaza. Thousands of civilians have since perished in Gaza.
According to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the strikes will continue until Hamas is completely eliminated.
In a devastating turn of events, Israel was targeted by a terror group on Oct. 7, resulting in a staggering loss of over 1,000 lives and the abduction of hundreds of individuals.
