Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening FBI Agent Involved in Hunter Biden Investigation

Federal prosecutors announced on Thursday that a Texas man was apprehended for menacing an FBI agent who was involved in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The agent was allegedly harassed by Timothy Muller shortly after Biden was convicted of three felony counts related to unlawfully purchasing a firearm this week.

Muller was accused of retaliating against a federal official and conveying threats, which could result in a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Muller is accused of telling the agent “You can run, but you can’t (expletive) hide,” while on the phone.

“and then we’re gonna (expletive) go through the FBI and just start throwing you (expletive)s into jail. Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you (expletive)s down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own (expletive) homes.” he allegedly said in a follow up statement during the same phone call.

The laptop at the center of the agent’s investigation contained some of Biden’s personal information, which was utilized by Republicans as a campaign issue after it was disclosed to the public.

According to the proprietor of a computer repair shop, Hunter Biden abandoned the laptop at his establishment in April 2019 and failed to retrieve it.

The owner subsequently acknowledged in his 2022 book that he reviewed private and confidential material from Biden’s laptop before contacting Republicans to review and share the material.
