Trump Announces He May Be Open to RFK Jr. Joining His Administration

Donald Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, reportedly expressed his willingness to consider the possibility of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. serving in his administration in the event that he were to secure a second term this autumn.

Kennedy reportedly stated previously that he contacted the “highest intermediaries” of Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris, who responded that her team had “no interest in talking” about a potential place for him in a future Democratic administration.

Kennedy became enraged upon receiving the rejection and launched an attack on Harris and the Democratic Party.

In a subsequent interview with CNN, Trump expressed his admiration and reverence for RFK Jr.

“He’s a brilliant guy. He’s a very smart guy. I’ve known him for a very long time. I didn’t know he was thinking about getting out, but if he is thinking about getting out, certainly I’d be open to it.” Trump said.

He went on to say he would ‘love’ an endorsement from him, before hinting that if that were to happen he’d be open to having him in his future administration.

“I like him a lot. I respect him a lot. I probably would, if something like that would happen. He’s a very different kind of a guy — a very smart guy. And, yeah, I would be honored by that endorsement, certainly.” he continued.
