In a recent video, former first lady Melania Trump reportedly discussed the assassination attempt on her husband and asked questions about that fateful day.
Social media users called out former CNN presenter Don Lemon for ridiculing the video.
Lemon posted a video on his various social media platforms this week in which he is seen making confused and frustrated faces in response to Melania Trump’s clip.
In the video, she refers to the assassination attempt on the life of former President Trump on July 13 as “horrible” and “distressing,” and she also states that there is “more to the story.”
The incident resulted in the death of Corey Comperatore, a supporter of Trump.
Lemon was criticized by X users for ridiculing Melania for sharing her thoughts on her husband’s nearly assassination.
One critic referred to his comments as “sick.”

Lemon’s own video, which was superimposed over the former first lady’s video, was shared shortly after the video was published.
Lemon was depicted reacting to Melania’s remark by shaking his head, rolling his eyes, scratching his head, and exhibiting a general sense of bewilderment as the video played.
The video focused on an exasperated Lemon, who was seen placing his head into his hand after Trump’s footage concluded.
