ICE Nabs Terror Suspect Released by Biden

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has now reportedly apprehended an Afghan individual who entered the nation illegally and was listed as a potential terrorist by the FBI.

This occurred after it was revealed that border officials had allowed him to enter the country around one year earlier.

Mohammad Kharwin, a 48-year-old individual, unlawfully crossed the U.S. border from the south.

According to NBC News, he is affiliated with Hezb-e-Islami (HIG), a political and paramilitary group that the United States has officially classified as a terrorist organization.

According to U.S. sources, the Islamic terrorist group is accountable for the deaths of several American soldiers in Afghanistan between 2013 and 2015.

According to the Director of National Intelligence, Hezb-e-Islami, also known as the “Party of Islam,” is a very hostile insurgent group that strongly opposes the West.

Their objective is to overthrow the Afghan Government, which is supported by Western countries, and establish an Islamic state based on sharia law.

According to a report from Fox News, officials at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have contradicted NBC News’ claim that Kharwin was on the terrorist watchlist when he entered the U.S.

The officials stated that there was insufficient evidence to definitively link him to the list.

Prior to his arrest last month, the terror suspect enjoyed nearly a year of unrestricted movement around the United States.

However, an immigration judge in the Department of Justice under the Biden administration, who was unaware of the suspect’s terrorist affiliations, subsequently released him.

He settled his $12,000 bond and was subsequently freed.
