Trump Claims He Won’t Seek Retribution Against Biden Once Re-Elected

Donald Trump, the previous President, stated that he possesses an excessive amount of reverence for the position of the president to pursue Joe Biden if Trump is reelected for a second term in the White House.

The ex-president participated in a comprehensive interview on several topics for a Time Magazine feature article released on Tuesday morning.

During the debate, Trump was questioned about seeking retaliation against Democrats, especially President Biden, whom Trump alleges is behind the several prosecutions against him.

The inquiry commenced with the Time reporter endeavoring to counter Trump’s assertion that Biden is responsible for the legal proceedings against him.

However, Trump made it clear that he had no intention of seeking revenge against Biden.

“I wouldn’t want to hurt Biden. I’m not looking to hurt Biden. I wouldn’t want to hurt him. I have too much respect for the office. But he is willing to hurt a former president who is very popular, who got 75 million votes. I got more votes than any other sitting president in history. And I have probably eight cases right now that are all inspired by them, including my civil case.” Trump said.

When pressed about whether he would appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Biden family’s corruption, he responded that “it depends [on] what happens with the Supreme Court.”

“If they’ve ruled that they don’t have immunity, Biden … would be prosecuted for 20 different acts,” Trump remarked.
