Elon Musk has now reportedly continued his fight with the British government by referring to the United Kingdom as a “tyrannical police state” at a time when the country is struggling to deal with violent upheaval.
Musk made a post on X, the social platform that he controls, in which he stated that a petition asking for a fresh general election in England has received more than one million signatures.
The people of Britain have had enough of a tyrannical police state https://t.co/0PtR5qQOKw

The petition is currently being circulated throughout the country.
The conversation between Musk, who is a supporter of President-elect Trump and has been appointed to co-lead his Department of Government Efficiency, and Keir Starmer, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, has been going back and forth recently.
Following a stabbing event that occurred in August at a dance and yoga class with a Taylor Swift theme, the United Kingdom has been shaken by violence.
The attack resulted in the deaths of three children.
After violent incidents broke out in a number of places on Monday, Starmer called a conference to discuss emergency reaction measures.
His administration placed the responsibility for the “thug” behavior on far-right groups and the falsehoods spread on social media.
In August, Musk voiced his disapproval of Starmer’s statement, which, according to Musk, guaranteed the protection of mosques and Muslim communities across the nation.
Concerns have been expressed regarding the ramifications that this may have not just for the United States of America but also for countries all over the world considering that Musk, the richest person in the world, is on the verge of leading alongside Trump after donating millions of dollars and joining him on the campaign trail.
The post that he is made comes after an earlier one in which he discussed the dropping approval ratings that UK Prime Minister Starmer is receiving in the United Kingdom and stated that “the voice of the people is a great antidote.”
