On Monday, Laura Loomer, a right-wing MAGA influencer, reportedly stated to host Eric Bolling that billionaire Elon Musk, a close confidant of Donald Trump, has turned the right into “junkies” with his substantial donor funds and control of X.
She also suggested that the Trump world is apprehensive about crossing him.
Loomer is one of the most vocal and recent MAGA influencers to engage in scorched earth internal warfare regarding the issue of H-1B foreign worker visas.
She joins Trump insider Steve Bannon in disparaging Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, and those to whom she applies the “tech bro” moniker as an insult.
And she literally joined Bannon on his program to criticize Musk for his aggressively profane outbursts on the subject.
On Monday, Loomer continued to criticize Musk for his behavior by attacking and insulting other Trump supporters. She described them as fearful “junkies” who dare not cross Musk, and even suggested that campaign finance laws might be something we “really do need” after all.
She also claimed that Musk has made them “addicts.” The implication is that his substantial financial backing of Trump may be the reason he and his staff are not collaborating with her and Bannon in the fight against H-1B visas and the tech elites who have backed them.
“Are you surprised we haven’t heard from any of these folks in Trump world right now? You know, Steve, these people are on Fox a lot. Stephen is a good friend of Stephen Miller. He used to come on my show once every week or two or so, but I’m very close. And I text them and, ominously, I haven’t heard back, so I’m not sure where they are. Is it possible they’ve been told to stand down, just let this play out?” Bolling asked Loomer.
“That is the problem. This is the problem when you when you when you allow for a billionaire to make a $200 million donation. And so maybe we really do need to have campaign finance regulations in this country.” Loomer said in response.
“I mean, essentially, what what is happening — and I love President Trump, I’m not saying that President Trump is bought and paid for — but it sounds like people are scared of crossing the king, the king of the world, Elon Musk, the monarch. Okay?” she continued.
“Nobody wants to cross this guy, the richest man in the world who controls access to social media, the digital town square and is now basically has everybody in a codependent abusive relationship like they’re a bunch of junkies. Because he’s been able to monetize the platform so that all the conservatives using his platform are are essentially addicted. They’re a bunch of addicts now. Addicted to social media because their voices were silenced for so long. And it’s like cutting a junkie off cold turkey, okay.” Loomer added.
“You’re going to go crazy and you’re going to have withdrawals. And he understands now that he’s created this codependent, junkie versus supplier relationship where if you question or if you try to criticize Elon Musk, you will be demonetized.” she concluded.
