Former Fox News personality Tucker Carlson concurred with this assertion.
Trump is 77 while Biden is 80.
On his Twitter program Tucker on X, Carlson spoke with Portnoy, and they discussed a range of subjects.
When Carlson questioned Portnoy about whether he believed Biden would be the Democratic nominee in 2024, to which Portnoy responded: “I don’t know, I’m not a political person, but I feel like there’s been a shift where, internally, maybe the Democrats don’t think he can win and they’re setting the stage to do somebody else.”
“To be honest, I think both Trump and Biden are too old. I don’t think you should be able to be that old to be president.” he continued.
“I agree 100%,” Carlson said.
“I think Biden has got some serious dementia issues,” Portnoy added
